DJ Roc-A-Bye

Born and raised in Indiana, DJ Roc-A-Bye's love for music started at an early age. She began collecting music at a young age and as she got older she continued to have a love for music but didn't quite know how purse it. It wasn't until the fall of 2005 where she met a fellow dj and he took her under his wing, giving her the name Roc-A-Bye (from the movie New Jack City) because of her eagerness to do whatever it took to learn the trade. Roc-A-Bye started out djing under 21 parties, while in the meantime she was practicing everyday. With her willingness and determination to learn the craft she quickly moved to spinning in some of Indy's hottest clubs, private birthday parties and weddings. Her style is very different which has gotten her the title of being one of naptown's up and coming female djs. You can catch Roc-A-Bye spinning everything from Hip Hop & R&B (Old School and New) to House, Reggae, Reggaeton, and Pop & Rock. She has been noted as being able to rock all types of parties from young to old.
